The necklace is secured by a J-hook and bead chain which is likewise in unrestored condition. Measuring 17 inches from end to end, this necklace is a classic rendition of a wardrobe staple from an era long since passed.....and yet, this piece easily transitions into the "Retro" wardrobe of today's fashionista. Laurel Burch Silver/Enamel Pierced Earrings

Laurel Burch Inc. was formed by a self taught artist who found her passion selling jewelry she personally designed and manufactured. Her venue in the beginning was found in the streets of San Francisco where she sold pieces displayed in fishing tackle boxes. Laurel launched her business in the 1960's . She went to China in 1971 and discovered cloisonne' with which she designed paintings and had the designs made into earrings. These earrings, now a part of the Port of Mystery collection, are examples of that creative process.
