Payment Policy:
Items may be purchased from the Port of Mystery Collection by utilizing the “Shopping Cart”. The default method of payment when utalizing the “Shopping Cart” is PayPal. PayPal will accept credit cards, bank transfers, debit cards and more on behalf of the Port of Mystery Website. This method of payment is provided without cost to our customers. Use of the “Shopping Cart” allows customers to pay instantly and facilitates faster shipping.
Buyers who wish to discuss other payment arrangements may do so by contacting the website administrator. Acceptance of other methods of payment will be solely at the discretion of the Port of Mystery.
California residents add 7.5% sales tax to all purchases.
Returns and Exchanges
Satisfaction is Guaranteed. If a purchased item is materially different than represented on this site, buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the item to rescind the transaction by so notifying the Port of Mystery and by returning the item to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at buyer’s risk, cost and expense. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Buyer assumes responsibility for initiating contact with the shipper to resolve issues associated with items damaged in transit. Seller will provide the appropriate paperwork to help buyer with any claims on items damaged during shipping.
Shipping Policy:
Unless other arrangements are made, all items purchased from The Port of Mystery collection will be shipped USPS Priority Mail (within the USA) or Global Express Mail (international). A tracking number will be provided to the buyer for purposes of shipment verification. Items are shipped within 3 working days after payment has cleared. Insurance is mandatory and will be provided on all shipments to protect buyer and seller in the event of lost or damaged packages. Items mailed via Priority Mail are generally delivered within 3-5 working days from the day the item was shipped, depending on delivery location and time of year. Global Express shipments should be expected to arrive within 2 weeks of the original shipping date. In the event a shipment has not arrived within a reasonable period of time, buyers should contact Port of Mystery for further assistance.
- Shipping within the United States is provided free of cost.
- Shipments to destinations outside the U.S. will be subject to additional charges.
- International buyers should contact Port of Mystery prior to final checkout so that shipping costs may be determined.
- Buyer is responsible for any Value Added Tax assessments on International shipments.
- All international shipments are subject to Trade and Shipping restrictions as dictated by U.S. law.

As such, buyer acknowledges when purchasing any such designated item that, unless otherwise stated in the item description, there will be signs of aging and/or wear on the item in question. Items are purchased “as is” and unless the item purchased is materially different than that represented on this site, any returns will be subject to restrictions and/or fees.
