Marked DK Co., this Silver alloy Pendant on Sterling Chain circa dates to the 1980′s when plexiglass was a popular component in virtually every product on the market, jewelry or otherwise.   This necklace is representative of the influences of it’s time and is remarkable in it’s simplicity.

Fashioned with a classic South Western flavor, this Lapel Pin retains it's popular appeal even today. Dating back to a period of time before it became usual practice to irradiate Turquoise in order to "enhance" the color, this Pin Circa dates to 1940-1950.

Laurel Burch  Inc. was formed by a self taught artist who found her passion selling jewelry she personally designed and manufactured.  Her venue in the beginning was found in the streets of San Francisco where she sold pieces displayed in fishing tackle boxes.  Laurel launched her business in the 1960's . She went to China in 1971 and discovered   cloisonne' with which she designed paintings and had the designs made into earrings. These earrings, now a part of the Port of Mystery collection, are examples of that creative process.
