Coro Duettes are pins or brooches which are comprised of at least three separate parts that can be worn individually or as one piece. The Duette consists of a frame made specifically to hold two pin clips (or fur clips) in a fixed position so that together they can be worn as a brooch. Duettes are often missing components and therefore those pieces which are complete are much more valuable. Marked as “Coro” with a patent number, this piece is in excellent condition.

In the 1950's small lapel pins were worn in clusters and were known as "Scatter pins". Very popular at the time, these small pins remain very collectable to this day.
