By the beginning of the 1950’s Japan had re-kindled it's jewelry industry and sought to fulfill the growing market in the U.S.  for quality pieces of well made jewelry.  Marked "Japan", this Crystal bead pin  is a wonderful example of why these post war pieces have become a popular collectable.  Clustered on a 1.5 inch round base, the multicolored Aurora Borealis Crystal Beads were all hand set.
